These are the terms for using Staynx. They are deliberately short and plain: pay for what you use, keep ownership of your data, leave whenever you like.
The service
Staynx provides property and restaurant management software as a subscription. Every plan includes every module; plans differ by property size.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your team's access credentials safe. Role-based access lets you give each person only what they need.
Billing
Monthly plans renew monthly and cancel any time from settings. Annual plans are billed yearly and refunded pro rata if you cancel. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Trials
Trials are free for 14 days, need no card, and start with your migrated bookings. If you do not continue, your data is exported for you and then deleted.
Your data
Your data is yours. You can export bookings, guests and revenue as CSV at any time, including on the way out.
Acceptable use
Use the service for running your property and restaurant, lawfully. Do not attempt to breach, overload or resell the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to improve it continuously. We will tell you ahead of any change that removes something you rely on.
Liability
The service is provided as is, and our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous twelve months, to the extent the law allows.
