This policy explains what Staynx collects, why, and the rights you keep. The short version: we collect what the product needs to run your property, we sell nothing, and your data leaves with you when you do.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, property name), operational data you enter (bookings, guests, orders, rates), and basic usage analytics that help us understand which parts of the product are used.
What we use it for
To run the service, to support you, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your guests' data for marketing.
Guest data
Your guests' details belong to your property. We process them on your behalf to provide the service, and only on your instructions.
Where it lives
Data is stored with established cloud providers and encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. When you leave, you can export everything as CSV, and we delete your data on request.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. No advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Write to us and we will do it.
