Your property's operations live in Staynx, so protecting them is part of the product — not an add-on.
Encryption
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers.
Access control
Access follows the role. A waiter sees the floor, a housekeeper sees their rooms, and only the people you choose see the numbers. Group plans add SSO and SAML.
Audit trail
Every rate change, comp and voided charge is recorded against the person who made it, and audit exports are available on group plans.
Data portability
No lock-in is a security feature: bookings, guests and revenue export as CSV at any time, so you are never dependent on us to reach your own records.
Resilience
The floor and front desk keep working on the device through connection drops and sync when the connection returns.
